Gallery Openings, Exciting Projects & More

Thursday August 18th welcomed the grand opening of Bluethumb's flagship Melbourne gallery in Richmond. To celebrate, artists were invited to exhibit artworks to highlight diverse and unique local talent. I was honoured to be a part of this curation and lucky enough to have sold two pieces prior to opening night. With a mad rush to organise two replacements, everything fell into place for a grand event on a Wintery evening.

If you're in Melbourne and would love to immerse yourself in beautiful artwork, the gallery is located at 330 Bridge Road Richmond with opening hours Monday – Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday – 10am to 4pm and late night viewing Thursday 'til 8pm.

Projects, local & abroad

The Random Image has evolved in the last six years, starting with an Etsy store in 2016 and growing over time to a small business working with local and international companies. With a photographic background spanning over 25 years, I think how lucky I am to have made a career in this industry and often have to pinch myself at how fortunate I am to have had such amazing opportunities.

Along with fine art prints, The Random Image offers art licensing which has opened doors to important and exciting projects. From London company Peter Millard & Partners and international design & art consultancy at The Artling, to local interior designers, online art galleries and collaborative work with Australian artists.

Stay tuned to the socials, Instagram & Facebook to see what will unfold ;)
